Society House Events will ensure your event plans are executed flawlessly and stress-free with expert day of coordination so you can enjoy every moment.
-One Day Of Coordination Lead and one fully trained Day Of Assistant
-Meeting three months prior to your event via video call, phone call, or in person to discuss the plans and vision in place, plus two more meetings prior to event date
--Custom event planning database that is monitored by the Society House team, updated in real time, completely customizable and user-friendly
-Create a detailed timeline for the event and make sure all vendors and participants follow it.
-Serve as the single point of contact for the venue and all vendors, directing their arrival, setup, activities, and tear down.
